Cancellation Policy

At Oregon Medical & Laser, we strive to maintain fair pricing while supporting our dedicated service providers. We understand that unexpected events can arise, so we have minimized our cancellation fees to be as fair as possible.

Important Considerations:

• • • Some services require pre-ordered supplies or room setups that cannot be returned to inventory.
    • Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a non-refundable fee of $25-$100, depending on the service booked.
    • No call/no shows will be charged the full cost of any materials or products prepared for your appointment, such as lidocaine or injectables.

Special Cases

• • • For certain fillers or injectables, if possible, we may refrigerate or hold the product to prevent loss. However, you will be responsible for a rebooking fee, subject to appointment availability. This is contingent on the product and procedure, and we adhere strictly to manufacturers’ recommendations and safety requirements.

Emergency Situations

• • • We recognize that emergencies happen. In such cases, we may apply your cancellation fee towards a future appointment, unless there is a pattern of abuse or frequent last-minute cancellations due to reported illness.

Communication

• • • You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. You can opt-in for additional SMS/text reminders or email alerts to suit your preferences. However, we aim to avoid excessive communication, so you can customize how you receive notifications.
    • Patients are expected to note their appointments in their personal calendar systems.
